to anyone for any reason. All fraudulent payments,
including but not limited to unauthorized use
of card, use of stolen/lost card, non-legitimate
chargebacks and NSF checks, will be pursued
and prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed
by law. The original charge as well as a $30
collection fee will be recovered. Your card
will be billed as IBS Services, Inc. unless
otherwise stated on the order form. If you have
